LUBNA NAJJAR
Lubna Najjar is an accomplished entrepreneur, brand developer, and fashion designer with over a decade of experience in the fashion and brand development industries. As the founder of IL Moda Brand, LLC (2012–present) and Her Denim, LLC, she has built and launched over 150 fashion brands, specializing in contemporary and influencer-led labels. She was also the curator and developer of the official Fashion District in downtown Columbus, Ohio, demonstrating her ability to shape and drive industry initiatives on a large scale.
Lubna currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Design District Chamber of Commerce in Miami, FL, as well as the BBB of Southeast Florida, representing 240,000 businesses.
Beyond brand development, Lubna has made significant contributions to fashion education as the co-author of the academic textbook The Power of Branding in Fashion 2000 & Beyond. She has held key leadership roles, including former Board President of the Columbus Fashion Council and Chair of the Entrepreneurship Committee on the Better Business Bureau’s Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Guild for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).
